An award-winning investment advisor and mortgage broker, Jennifer Rao knows each client is unique, with personalized financial needs, and her passion is creating a plan that will ensure that their short and long-term goals are met.

Jennifer brings more than 20 years of experience to the field of financial and mortgage brokering. She works to protect her clients and their portfolios from the curve balls that life often throws us, enlisting the collective expertise of the best financial institutions.

A graduate of the University of Guelph, Jennifer received the 2017 Broker of the Year Award, and in 2019 became a National Top 20% Mortgage Broker.

Jennifer’s focus is helping clients buy their first home, upsize, or downsize, and has extensive experience working with real estate investors. She also specializes in cash flow, investment strategies, and retirement/estate planning.

She lives just outside Guelph with her family and, for fun, Jennifer plays ringette, ice and ball hockey, and fastball. During the summers, she loves spending time at the family cottage on Sparrow Lake.
