We will get to work and earn the privilege of being your clients personal “mortgage shopper”….. that way they can shop for the fun stuff such as a new home, furniture, investments, shoes (this would be my favourite!), etc., while I shop the entire Canadian market of mortgage lenders to get them the best options that meet their needs and save you $$$$$’s. There is no fee for my services as I am paid by the lender that you select from, after I have presented your clients with all their mortgage options (OAC).
